Virgil
Virgil was a Latin poet in Ancient Rome. He was born on October 15, 70 BC, and died on September 21, 19 BC (age 50). His best known work is the epic poem, The Aenead. This poem tells of Aeneas and the building of Rome following the Trojan War.
