Physically writing down information will help with learning and retention more than typing can.[1] However, there are going to be cases where you will want to type as you would right now in English. The keyboard language displayed on most mobile devices can be changed in its settings.

Look up the documentation for your device(s) to see how you can switch keyboard layouts as needed.

You can learn and practice touch typing in Swedish on sites like Type Racer and Agile Fingers.

Task Management Software

As you study you should keep track of your goals, tasks, and projects to see if and how much you are progressing. Task management software can reduce the amount of time needed to keep track of your progress which allows more time for learning. Types of features include checklists with due dates, visuals to show amount of progress, the ability to organize tasks by priority, etc..

Wikipedia has a category which lists task management software.
