Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985

To provide for reconciliation pursuant to section 2 of the first concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 1986
(S. Con. Res. 32, Ninety-ninth Congress).
- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
Section 1. Short Title.
- This Act may be cited as the ``Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985´´.
