Mrs. Florence E. Mole, who has been postmaster at Rehoboth, Del., for several years, may be appointed to the position of clerk at $900 in the office of the collector of internal revenue at Baltimore, Md., without compliance with the civil-service rules. She does not have a classified competitive civil-service status.
