Immigration Ordinance

Immigration Ordinance may refer to:
  • Immigration Ordinance, 1959 [F.M. Ordinance 12/1959], an ordinance enacted by the Federal Legislative Council of Malaya on immigration control and offences, and the removal of prohibited and illegal immigrants.
    • Amended by Immigration Act, 1963 [Act 6 of 1961] when Malaysia was to be created. Collectively cited and revised in Malaysia as Immigration Act 1959/63 [Act 155] and Singapore as Immigration Act 1959.
  • Immigration Ordinance 1971, an ordinance enacted by the Legislative Council of Hong Kong to control immigration.
  • Immigration Ordinance 1971, an ordinance enacted by the Commissioner for the British Indian Ocean Territory to expel the Chagossians.
