DIRECTIONS
- Beat the egg in a bowl, and stir the milk and salt in with it.
- Dip each slice of bread in the beaten egg and milk.
- Fry the slices in hot fat in a frying-pan, until well browned on both sides.
REMARKS
Serve plain, or with maple syrup.
