With 94% relative humidity, breakthrough occurred at 30 min when sampling 0.194 L/min of 195 mg/m 3 (5.8 L). With 91% relative humidity, no breakthrough occurred after 240 min when sampling 0.045 L/min of 197 mg/m 3 (10.8 L).
