- 4 canned plums
- Confectioners' sugar
- Fondant
- Maraschino cordial
Force plums through a sieve, and add confectioners' sugar to make a stiff paste. Shape in small balls, dry on waxed paper, and dip in melted fondant flavored with maraschino cordial.
