Contains six Seif.

One who has a house adjacent to an idol's house and it falls is prohibited from rebuilding it. What should he do? He should gather his belongings and build elsewhere, filling the area with thorns or excrement so that he does not expand near the idol's house. If the wall belongs to him and the idol, it is judged half and half; he may benefit from his part, but it is prohibited to benefit from the idol's part. If he does not recognize it, everything is prohibited for enjoyment: its stones, wood, and ashes. However, it is permitted to sell his share to them wherever it may be.

It is prohibited to build with an idolater a dome in which idols are placed. If he transgressed and built (even an idol itself), his payment is permitted. However, it is preferable to build the hall or courtyard that contains that dome.

If the idolaters have a garden or bathhouse, and the benefit derived from them is for the priests, it is permitted to enjoy them without benefit, but it is prohibited to enjoy them with benefit. Even if others have a share in the benefit with the priests, if the benefit derived from them is only for the idolaters, it is permitted to enjoy them even with benefit, even if the garden and bathhouse belong solely to the idolaters. This is also implied in the Tur according to Rashi.

Rema: Some say it is not prohibited to enjoy from it if the benefit goes to the priests, except when they are standing in the courtyard of the idol itself. But when they are not standing before it, even if the benefit derived from them is for the priests, it is permitted to enjoy from it, unless the benefit is for the idol itself. One may rely on this to be lenient (Tur in the name of R"T and Tosafot, page 44, and Rosh and Mordechai in the name of R"T).

It is prohibited to mourn with the flutes of idolaters.

It is prohibited to rent shops from idolaters. (If the rent falls to the state and they buy their needs, it is permitted.)

Collectors who take taxes for idolaters are prohibited from giving to them.

Rema: Similarly, here it is only prohibited when the rent falls for the needs of the idol itself, but when it falls into the pockets of the citizens, even if they buy needs for the idol, it is permitted.
