Thirubuvanai and Tiruvakkarai

Thirubuvanai and Tiruvakkarai are two villages at the outskirts of Pondicherry, in Tamil Nadu. Both are home to temples of the Chola period. In addition, there's a wood fossil park in Tiruvakkarai.

  • 🌍 Chandramouleeswar Temple (Piraisoodiya Emperuman, Vakrakali Temple). 6AM1PM and 4:00PM8:30PM. A Shiva temple believed to have been built during the Chola period in the 10th century.
