From आंदोलन (āndolan, “movement, campaign, agitation”) +‎ -जीवी (-jīvī, “living off, living by”). Known to be coined by Prime Minister of India since 2014 Narendra Modi and first used by him on 8th February, 2021 while addressing the Rajya Sabha, although earlier usages seem to have existed and not become popularised.
