- Forms collective numbers.
- Біреуіміз. ― Bıreuımız. ― One of us.
- Біздің сыныпта он бір оқушы бар. Оның бесеуі – ұл, алтауы – қыз. ― Bızdıñ synypta on bır oquşy bar. Onyñ beseuı – ūl, altauy – qyz. ― There are eleven students in our class. Five of them are boys, six of them are girls.
Usage notes
- The suffix is used only in numbers from 1 to 7; -ау • (-au) specifically is used only after алты (alty, “six”).
