revoice (third-person singular simple present revoices, present participle revoicing, simple past and past participle revoiced)

  1. (transitive) To voice again.
    • 2009, Margaret C. Hagood, New literacies practices: designing literacy learning, page 37:
      Then, students could revoice the satirical boardroom discussion using their identified issue.
  2. (IRC, transitive) To restore the voice flag to (a user), allowing them to send messages to the channel again.
  3. (transitive) To replace the voice of (an actor) with that of another speaking a translation; to dub.
