Trebišov

Trebišov is in Lower Zemplín.

• 🌍 Trebišov train station. 
• 🌍 Čierna nad Tisou train station. The only Slovak train connection with Ukraine 

• 🌍 Regional Museum (Vlastivedné múzeum). closed on Saturdays.. The museum located in a baroco-classical castle from 1786 presents an exhibition on the history and archeology of the region. An important part on agricultural machinery and machinery and on the exploitation of the Tokay vineyards .  
• 🌍 Julius Andrassy Mausoleum. In the park behind the castle on the edge of a pond.  
• 🌍 Parič Castle. Old castle of which only a few bricks remain.

• 🌍 Zemplín mountains (Zemplínske vrchy). Smaller mountain range copying the borders with Hungary. The highest point Rozhľadňa reaches 469m.

• 🌍 Slovak Tokaj.  
• 🌍 Čierna nad Tisou. A new city at border of Ukraine and Hungary.  
• 🌍 Kráľovský Chlmec (Királyhelmec). The center of the region Medzibodrožie in Slovakia or Bodrogköz in Hungary. It's a small village with Hungarian majority, near a nature reserve of Latorica river - which is known for its ornithological value.
